THE ORGANIZING PROCESS

1. Consultation

Our Lead Professional Organizer will come to your home to assess your closet, discuss your needs, and take photos and measurements to create a plan of action. During this $159 + GST consult, she’ll provide you with an estimated price range for your project. If you decide to move forward, a $499 + GST planning fee will be required.

2. Planning

For clients who choose to move forward after the consultation, our Lead Professional Organizer prepares a customized organization plan behind the scenes. This isn’t a set of drawings for you — it’s the detailed legwork we do to bring your project to life. She measures, sources, and prices out just the right products for your space, orders materials so they arrive on time, and coordinates our team’s schedule to fit your project dates. This preparation also produces a detailed estimate for your investment. If you decide not to proceed with our services, she’ll still provide you with a materials list, along with purchase links, so you can complete the organization project on your own.

3. Implementation

Once you’ve approved the estimate and signed our client agreement, she’ll confirm your project date. Our team of Professional Organizers then handles everything — from sourcing and preparing products to coordinating every detail — so your closet is ready for a seamless transformation. On installation day, we take care of it all: decluttering, organizing, product placement, and styling. The result is a polished, functional space that feels like your own personal boutique and turns the everyday task of getting dressed into a more elevated experience.

4. Follow-Up

After the project is complete, we’ll follow up with you to ensure everything is working smoothly and answer any questions you may have. Ultimately, we’re here to help you maintain your newly organized closet for the long-term.

All closet organizing projects start with a home visit. The cost for this visit is $159 + GST, payable at the consult. Because every situation is unique, it’s important that I see your space and take measurements before providing a price range for your project. If you decide to proceed, a $499 + GST planning fee will be required. This fee allows me to meticulously plan your space, providing you with a detailed estimate of our total hours and a cost breakdown for the necessary materials. My team and I log these details carefully, ensuring your final invoice reflects the cost of materials purchased and the time spent planning, shopping, and organizing. We are committed to transparency, so you’ll never pay for something you didn’t receive.
I’m sorry, but no. I’ll spend much of the closet consultation discussing your vision for the space and your overall needs; this conversation is how I am able to start designing a solution that will last for you long-term. In order to give you the most accurate estimate, I need to truly see your space, including what’s hiding under that bed or stuffed in the drawer.
That’s great! When I visit your home I can take a look at what you have. If my team and I can make use of it in your space, we absolutely will. But there may be instances where we recommend that we get new materials and either sell, recycle or donate your old ones.
Absolutely! Plenty of our clients have us work in their home during business hours while they’re away at work, or at their office after business hours when it’s empty. You set the parameters, and we’ll make sure to work within them so that when you get home (or arrive back at the office the next day) we’ll have a pile there ready for your review.
Typically, no. Unlike other organizers, we are committed to seeing each project through to completion. While we can focus on specific areas, like just your dressers, or just your closet, our goal is to leave you with a fully finished space. We do not offer hourly organizing services.
Our Luxury Closet Organization service is a highly personalized experience tailored to your closet size, wardrobe, and lifestyle. Projects start at $1,600, with most large walk-in closets in the luxury homes we organize averaging around $3,200 plus applicable taxes. This typically includes your consultation, planning, product procurement, materials, and complete organization of your wardrobe — both your closet and personal drawers. Smaller, simpler closets often fall at the starting range, while larger-scale dressing rooms with complex his-and-her layouts frequently exceed the average. Your final investment depends on the scope of the project, the level of customization, and the number of team members required to bring your closet to life. Because every project is unique, we provide a price range following your consultation, with a more detailed estimate available once you choose to move forward with the planning stage. What we can share is that this service is a premium investment — reflecting the level of detail, luxury product sourcing, and full project management that go into creating a closet that functions seamlessly and feels like stepping into your own personal boutique.

We create thoughtful, intuitive zones for every category in your wardrobe, source products that fit your space perfectly, and style everything so it feels effortless to maintain. We also understand how busy life can be, which is why we strongly recommend our Closet Concierge maintenance sessions. Some clients love the ease of a monthly refresh, while others prefer every 3–6 months. These sessions are $315 plus GST and typically run up to three hours. During that time, we rotate seasonal pieces, tidy and restyle zones, and ensure your closet remains in peak condition. This way, your investment not only lasts, but continues to work seamlessly for you — without ever having to start from scratch.
